For being a seo expert one should have some basic minimum qualities. One should have a good hold of programming languages and design basics befor entering into seo world.

Seo expert should have a good working knowledge of basic languages like PHP and ASP.
Seo expert should also have some basic knowledge of different design elements like he should be expert in HTML. By this I do not mean making pages with frontpage.
Seo expert should have a good knowledge of the PPC with all the major search engines.
Seo Expert should be ready to update himself on a regular basis.
Seo expert should have a good logical brain with a good grasp on search engine algorithms.

Just a quick review of your site's home page (html part only)

Small css code but better make it a external file
Small javascript code but also do make it as a external file

1. The site has no proper content
2. Lack of keywords on page. Try to add some content with your targeted keywords.
3. Html structure confusing. If it is confusing for me then what will happen to crawler. Try to have clean html.
Work on structure of your page. Dont go for table under table under table :)
4. Try to use maximum of css and less of html tags like font etc
5. You have 20 closing font tag at one location. How do you do html with such mistakes. Clean up everything.

Try to add some more html pages to the site. I think right now it is one page site only. Correct me if I am wrong
